Check if it helps. Device manager says TEAC is working properly but it isn’t. I also have a laptop running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, however I didn’t have this problem on that system. So no need to keep a diskette in the drive all the time or even have it connected all the time. This is always suggested but never seems to work. Windows 7 IT Pro.
